ENTRÉE SELECTION
Signature Ribeye
A generous cut of well marbled beef that has been marinated in a zesty blend of spices. Served with fresh steamed vegetables and garlic mashed potatoes.
Seafood Mornay
Shrimp, scallops and halibut baked in a rich Gruyere cheese sauce. Served with garlic toast.
Chopstix Chicken Griller
Fresh chicken breast grilled and glazed with citrus vodka marmalade. Served over rice pilaf with a skewer of fresh grilled vegetables.
Lobster Ravioli
North Atlantic lobster meat blended with fresh ricotta and mozzarella cheese and a creamy leek reduction wrapped in egg pasta. Served with garlic toast.
Top Sirloin & Shrimp
